We know that when you order online you have many options to choose from, and that
is why we are focused on getting your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Our
process is very simple- use the safest and most reliable method as possible, while
maintaining a focus on the overall cost to you! We utilized warehouses all over
the country that ship your product directly to your doorstep. Each of these warehouses
determine the optimal logistics provider based on their knowledge and experience,
and therefore each product in our database has been assigned a particular shipping
method. The various methods include ground services via USPS, UPS and/or Fedex,
and were the products are too large for normal ground delivery- freight services
are provided primarily via YRC, UPS, and a handful of other trusted freight partners.
Expectation for Ground Services
Below you will find the estimated time in transit for the various ground providers.
Keep in mind that the transit time is based on when the provider actually picks
up the package from the warehouse and when it is delivered to your doorstep:
UPS and Fed Services: 1-6 Business Days (various depends on your
proximity to the warehouse)
USPS: 1-10 Business Days
Please note that the decision to leave your package without a signature is at the
discretion of the delivery person. If you want an item left at your doorstep, the
best thing to do is leave a note on your door asking the driver to leave your package
with "No Signature Required." Be sure to include your name and tracking number on
Expectation for Freight Services
Most truck delivery companies offer appointment windows (usually 2-4 hours) between
8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. The products will be delivered to the
driveway or curb outside of the delivery address provided upon purchase. It is the
customers responsibility to transport the product(s) inside, however several truck
freight companies offer additional services to help move merchandise from the truck
into your home or office (additional services are at your cost, please contact shipper
listed on your tracking email for further details and costs). Please make sure that
you inspect the package(s) at the time of delivery. If the box has any damage, or
if there is any reason you are concerned with its packaging or delivery, please
write, “Product Damaged” clearly on the sheet the delivery agent asks you to sign.
This simply insures that if there is any damage, it will be easy to take care of
the problem, and your order will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
At the time that your package leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with
the tracking information. This will include the shipping provider, method, and the
tracking number. You can simply go to www.google.com and enter your tracking number
in the search field and look up the shipment status and/or location.
