Netrush is excited to announce the addition of Justin Marshall—former Executive VP of Growth at Wunderman Thompson—as Chief Growth Officer.

Netrush’s decision to bring on Marshall comes at a time of record growth for Amazon and third-party sellers. In its Q4 call to investors, Amazon announced that it brought in $125.6 billion in net sales, well exceeding the company’s guidance and putting an end cap on a record-breaking year.

“Brands all over the world are paying attention to the opportunity that exists on the digital shelf,” said Brian Gonsalves, Netrush Co-founder and CEO. “We already have the industry-leading teams, technology, and infrastructure that brands need to win on Amazon, and Justin is the results-oriented leader we need to share that story with brands looking to reach audiences in new ways.”

Marshall has spent the last 15 years working in nearly every facet of the agency world. In 2019, he was appointed president of Wunderman Thompson in Seattle, where he worked with best-in-class brands in technology, telecommunications, apparel, and consumer packaged goods.

Before becoming president, Marshall led the agency’s global Amazon business, working with various Amazon brands to aggressively grow on and off Gateway.

“I’ve been a fan of Netrush for some time and have watched them accelerate growth for some of my favorite brands,” Marshall said. “The digital shelf has become extremely competitive, and brands face an uphill climb when it comes to growing their business and increasing share.

“I’ve personally seen Netrush’s approach come through for mission-based brands, and I’m excited to be a part of a team that’s investing in the right direction.”

Development and innovation have always been driving forces for Netrush. The company’s investments in technology, data, logistics, and talent have placed the company at the forefront of digital retail, allowing it to grow brands seamlessly across ecommerce channels.
