Netrush Raises Minimum Wage

As part of Netrush’s interest in and commitment to attracting and retaining a workforce that allows the operation to grow, learn, and share in its success, the company today announced that, effective Oct. 18, it is increasing its minimum wage to up to $15.50 for all full-time, part-time, temp agency, and seasonal employees at its processing center in Hebron, Ky.

“We’re fortunate that we already have a dedicated team that values being at Netrush,” said Brian Birch, Netrush’s chief supply chain officer. “This is an additional investment into the future of our workforce. This allows us to invest in quality, and keep serving our brand partners at the highest level.”

Employees will continue to receive competitive benefits including: medical, dental, and vision care; 401K matching contribution; tiered bonus structure; paid holidays; and paid time off.

Netrush is a retailer that offers brands the teams, technology, and infrastructure to conquer Amazon, prepare for emerging marketplaces, and unify their retail strategy.

With headquarters in Vancouver, Wash., and processing facilities in Kentucky, Canada, and Germany, Netrush provides best-in-class supply chain capabilities and creative services that make brands stand out across the shopping journey.
